Tipperary senior football manager Philly Ryan, has announced his panel ahead of the commencement of the league next weekend.
Steven O’Brien of Ballina has been named as captain, while Sean O’Connor (Clonmel Commercials) and Mark Stokes (Kilsheelan Kilcash) have been named as vice captains.
