County Junior B Football Championship:
Congratulations to Arravale Rovers who won a first ever Tipperary Water County Junior B Football Championship following victory over South champions Moyle Rovers on Saturday last in Cahir. Arravale Rovers won their first Junior B football title in 2008 but failed to progress further following a County semi-final defeat to Templederry. Arravale then lifted their second title in the grade just a few weeks ago and continued their good form to defeat Boherlahan in the County semi-final. This putting them through to a first ever county final in the grade.

Afterwards Timmy Dalton collected the Dr Marsh Cup on behalf of his teammates from Hugh Coghlan. Arravale Rovers have become the fifth West club to become County Junior B Football champions – Rockwell Rovers (2013), Golden/Kilfeacle (2010), Galtee Rovers (2007), Eire Og Annacarty Donohill (2001).
