West Junior A Hurling Championship:
The second round of the Gleeson Concrete West Junior A Hurling championship took place on Friday night last.
In Sean Treacy Park, Emly had a point to spare over 2015 champions Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams. The result means Emly are now through to this year’s decider. Match Report

In Bansha, Clonoulty/Rossmore had a comfortable victory over Eire Og Annacarty Donohill. Match Report

This result means Clonoulty/Rossmore will take on Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams in the semi-final.

West Junior B Hurling Championship:
The group stage of the Tipperary Co-Op West Junior B hurling championship concluded last weekend with the final round of games in Group 1 and 2.

In Group 1 on Thursday night in Solohead the home side made it four wins from four when they defeated Clonoulty/Rossmore. Match Report

In Group 2 on Friday night, Arravale Rovers defeated Sean Treacys in Cappawhite. Match Report

In Golden, Galtee Rovers defeated Rosegreen. Match Report

Solohead top group 1on eight points and go through to the semi-finals while Galtee Rovers top Group 2 level on points with Arravale Rovers and Sean Treacys but have a superior score difference. The latter two go through to the semis as well.

The quarter final draw will be as follows:
Arravale Rovers v Cappawhite
Cashel King Cormacs v Sean Treacys

West Junior A Football Championship:
The remaining game in the group 1 of the AIB Tipperary West Junior A Football championship took place in Cashel on Tuesday last as Clonoulty/Rossmore booked a semi-final with Cappawhite following victory over Rosegreen. Match Report

The remaining group 2 game between Sean Treacys and Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams has been fixed for Tuesday July 19th in Cappawhite at 7.30pm. The winners will play Group 1 winners Emly in the semi-final.

West Junior B Football Championship:
Group 1 of the Rea Clarke Hennessy West Junior B Football championship continues this Tuesday night July 12th. In Sean Treacy Park Galtee Rovers take on Eire Og Annacarty Donohill. A win or a draw will guarantee Galtee Rovers top spot in the group. Eire Og will be looking their first win having lost their opening round game to Golden/Kilfeacle.

In New Inn, Golden/Kilfeacle take on 2015 finalists Cashel King Cormacs. A win for Golden/Kilfeacle will see them through to the semi-finals. Cashel King Cormacs are looking for their first win having been defeated by Galtee Rovers in Round 1. Both games throw in at 7.30pm.

On this Saturday in Group 2, Solohead take on Rockwell Rovers in Dundrum at 7.30pm. The winner will go through to the semi-finals of the competition where they will face the group 1 winners. Arravale Rovers who have already topped the group take on Aherlow Gaels on Tuesday July 19th at 7.30pm in Solohead.

Minor Hurling:
The West Minor A and B hurling championships commenced last week.

In Group 1 of the Joe Hayes Cleanline West Minor A Hurling Championship Emly/Treacys defeated Galtee/Golden.
There are two more games down for decision this Wednesday night in Group 1. In Sean Treacy Park Emly/Treacys take on Arravale Rovers while in Bansha Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams take on Galtee/Golden. All games throw in at 7.30pm.

In Group 2, Lattin Cullen Gaels take on Cappawhite Gaels in Lattin at 7.30pm. The top two teams in each group qualify for this year’s semi-finals.

While in the Bewleys West Minor B Hurling Championship Cashel King Cormacs had two points to spare over Eire Og Annacarty Donohill in Bansha. Match Report

This Wednesday night Cashel King Cormacs will take on Rockwell/Rosegreen in Cashel at 7.30pm. A draw or a win will put Cashel King Cormacs into the final.

Crosco Cup Final:
Cappawhite are Crosco Cup champions for 2016 following a five point win over Golden/Kilfeacle in the final on Saturday night last in Dundrum. Match Reports and Photos

O’Donoghue Cup:
This year’s Michael Devlin Solicitors O’Donoghue Cup gets underway this Tuesday night July 12th as Cappawhite and Rockwell Rovers meet in Cappawhite at 7.30pm. The winners will play Galtee Rovers in the semi-final. This Saturday Arravale Rovers will take on Golden/Kilfeacle in Golden at 7.30pm in the first of the semi-finals.

County Intermediate Hurling Championship:
In Group 1 of the County Intermediate Hurling Championship Arravale Rovers were defeated by Moyle Rovers in Cashel on Saturday. The result means Arravale Rovers finish bottom of the group and will contest the relegation unless they win the West Championship. Sean Treacys were beaten into second spot by Moyle Rovers on score difference but still progress to the knockout stages.

In Group 5 Cashel King Cormacs were defeated by Shannon Rovers in Templemore. The result means Cashel King Cormacs finish bottom of the group and will contest the relegation unless they win the West Championship.

This Saturday in Group 3 Lattin/Cullen Gaels take on Galtee Rovers in Leahy Park Cashel at 6pm. Galtee Rovers top the group on two points while Lattin/Cullen Gaels and Moycarkey/Borris have a point each in this group of three. Moycarkey/Borris have played their two games and have a vastly inferior score-difference to Lattin/Cullen Gaels.

Tipperary Senior & Minor Hurlers:
Congratulations to the Tipperary Senior and Minor Hurlers on their respective victories in the Gaelic Grounds, Limerick in this year’s Munster Finals.

Tipperary U21 Hurlers:
Best of luck to the Tipperary U21 Hurlers this Thursday July 14th in the Munster semi-final in Semple Stadium at 7.30pm. ¬

Referee:
Best of luck to Fergal Horgan (Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams) who takes charge of the Munster U21 Hurling semi-final between Waterford and Clare this Wednesday night July 13th in Walsh Park Waterford at 7pm.
