Tipperary panel news ahead of a busy schedule of games.
With championship season on the horizon, the Tipperary Under 20 Hurling and Football management along with the Minor Hurling management have announced their championship panels.
The Tipperary Under 20 Footballers will be the first team in championship action when they play Limerick on Friday March 15th in Fethard Town Park and in naming his panel, Manager Niall Fitzgearld has selected players from 19 clubs across the county. The Tipperary Under 20 Football management team have also named Ballina’s Charlie King as Captain, while Cian Smith from Clonmel Commercials will be Vice Captain for 2024.
The Tipperary Under 20 Hurlers have also named their championship panel ahead of their opening game against Limerick on April 12th. Manager Brendan Cummins has named players from 28 clubs across the four Divisions of the County, he has also named Ben Currivan from Golden Kilfeacle as Captain, while Nenagh Eire Óg’s Sam O’Farrell will be Vice Captain for 2024.
James Woodlock has also named his Minor Hurling panel for their upcoming championship campaign which gets underway on April 4th when they will play Cork in FBD Semple Stadium. Players from 22 clubs across the County have made the 2024 panel. The Tipperary Minor Hurling Management have also named Holycross Ballycahill’s Cathal O’Reilly as team captain for 2024.
