All Ireland Intermediate Semi Final

Cahir 1-8 Tullaroan 1-5

Cahir booked their place in the All Ireland Club Intermediate Final after beating Tullaroan on a wet and blustery day in Freshford on Sunday. Tullaroan got off to a much better start registering 2 points in quick succession but Cahir soon started to get a grip on the game and points from Aishling Maloney and Roisin Howard meant at half time it was all even with 4 points each. The second half started much like the first with Tullaroan striking first blood with a rather fortuitous goal and then Cahir lead by the outstanding Aishling Maloney registered 1-04 on the score board with Tullaroan getting just one more point it meant Cahir ran out winners by 3 points. A big congratulations to both team and management it was a well deserved victory and we look forward to the All Ireland Final where Cahir will meet the Galway champions Eyrecourt.

Munster Colleges Junior D Final

Congratulations to St. Annes of Killaloe who were crowned junior champions and to the Tipperary girls involved well done.

Senior Challenge Game

Our senior squad played Limerick in a challenge game in UL on Sunday , it was a great opportunity for management to get a good look at the squad and equally a chance for girls to impress, a good result overall with the Tipp girls winning both games.
