Hibernian Inn Senior Hurling Championship

Holders, Kildangan made it two wins out of two after they defeated Templederry in the second round at Toomevara last Saturday evening. The holders were joined by Nenagh Eire Og, Burgess, Kilruane MacDonaghs and Borris-Ileigh as two time winners thus gaining automatic entry to the quarter final.
First round losers, Moneygall and Toomevara joined them as winners. As a result eleven teams entered the draw on Sunday evening with first round winners, Ballina and Portroe added to the list.

That draw was made by the North Tipperary CCC in the Thomas MacDonagh Centre, Cloughjordan last Sunday evening.

Denis Meats North Tipperary Intermediate Championship 2014
Thirteen man Newport held out against fourteen man Ballinahinch in the opening game of the Denis Meats North Tipperary Intermediate Hurling championship by 1-14 to 1-10.

Newport will play Shannon Rovers in the second round and is planned for the end of June.

Junior Hurling A League Semi Finals
The colours Blue and Gold will feature strongly in next Saturday evening’s North Tipp Junior A league hurling final between Kildangan and Knockshegowna. The game will be played in Borrisokane. Both teams advanced through the Group stages unbeaten and reached the semi finals with Kildangan overcoming Burgess and Knockshegowna accounting for Templederry.

Semi Final: Kildangan 4-19 Burgess 0-17 in Kilcolman.
Semi Final: Knockshegowna 0-15 Templederry 0-13 in Moneygall

Junior Hurling B League Semi Finals
Lorrha overcame Nenagh Eire Og in the second North Tipp Junior B Hurling league semi final played at Borrisokane last Friday evening. Lorrha will play Kildangan in the final.
Result: Lorrha-Dorrha 2-17 Nenagh Eire Og 3-13

Junior A Hurling Championship: 22nd June
Junior B Hurling Championship: 22nd or 29th June
Minor A and B Hurling Championship: 25th June.
