Watch Centre North Tipp Junior ‘A’ Hurling Championship Round 2 GROUP 1
The spotlight was on the second round of the Watch Centre North Tipp Junior A hurling championship last Sunday afternoon. Holders Knockshegowna continue their good form with a sixteen point win over Moneygall. Borris-Ileigh gained their first win when defeating neighbours Templederry while Kilruane MacDonaghs had a goal to spare over Toomevara.

After two rounds the league table is as follows:

Round 3
The third round will take place next Sunday afternoon when Toomevara take on Moneygall at Cloughjordan with a 12.00noon throw in. Kilruane MacDonaghs will face Templederry and Knockshe face Borris-Ileigh at Toomevara in the evening.

Watch Centre North Tipp Junior ‘A’ hurling Championship GROUP 2
Kildangan remain unbeaten after two rounds as they overcame Burgess at Cloughjordan last Sunday. Nenagh Éire Og got their campaign off to a good start when they had seventeen points to spare over Silvermines. Roscrea had a bye.
The third round will provide an interesting game between Kildangan and Nenagh with Burgess to face Roscrea.
Silvermines have a bye.

Ger Gavin North Tipp Minor Hurling
This Wednesday evening will provide two Minor A Hurling games: Kilruane v Toomevara and Newport Gaels v Roscrea.
Around the same time, three Minor B games will take place as Shannon Rovers Gaels face Silvermines, Borrisokane face Templederry and Burgess will meet Portroe.
On Friday night there are two minor Hurling games, Nenagh v Ballina in the A grade and Lorrha v Kildangan in the B.

Minor Hurling Round 3
The 3rd Round of Minor games will be played on Thursday 17th July as Tipperary Under-21 hurlers play Clare on Wednesday 16th.
