Feile
With Inane Rovers and Newport Gaels having already progressed to the County Feile Peil stage, focus switched to Feile Hurling last week when the A + B quarter finals were played. In A, Nenagh beat Kildangan by a point 0-4 to 0-3 and will next meet Silvermines this Thursday in the first semi. Toomevara will meet Roscrea in the other semi. Meanwhile in B Grade, Borrisokane beat Ballina 1-4 to 0-7 whilst Borrisoleigh had a big win over Newport. Borrisokane will now meet Shannon Rovers and Borrisoleigh will play Moneygall/Templederry in the B semis. The 2 North Finals will take place on Easter Monday.
Garda Cup
North Tipp put on a brave performance in the U16 inter div last weekend losing out to the Mid 3-9 to 1-10 in what can only be called a pulsating game. They later went on to win the Shield by beating the West 1-14 to 2-9. Well done to all involved and best of luck to all players that now go on to the Tipperary panel.

This tournament had to be postponed due to a bereavement and the new date will be decided at the County Bord meeting this week.
U12 Football
In A grade we are at Rd7, which is the last round of group matches. This week Eire Óg will meet Nenagh and Kildangan will play Toomevara. Inane & Kilruane are in the driving seat to date. In B, Rd5, Portroe will play Silvermines and Ballina will meet Newport in the final series. In C, Burgess v Templederry, Shannon Rvrs v Ballinahinch and Moneygall v Lorrha and in D Rd7, Ballina v Newport and Nenagh v Inane Rvrs.
The league tables will be published on Fri night and the semi pairings will be then known.
U14
In A we have Toomevara v Kildangan and Eire Óg v Inane Rvrs whilst in B Grp 1 Borrisokane v Lorrha, Moneygall/Templederry v portroe and Ballina v Silvermines. In B Grp 2 Kilruane v Burgess and Shannon Rvrs v Newport Gaels.
U16
In A we have the final games this week with some back fixtures which will see Kildangan v Inane Rvrs, Kilruane v Inane Rvrs and Newport Gaels v Kilruane. In B the last fixture to be played is Toomevara v Ballina.
Football semis
As the groups now conclude all clubs should be aware of the North Semis dates which have to be met. They are – U12 – 25th April, U14 – 7th May and U16 – 28th April.
