Mid Under 21 A & B hurling championship
Last weekend saw the commencement of the Mid Under 21 A & B hurling championships which resulted in victories for Drom-Inch who defeated Upperchurch Drombane by 1-11 to 1-7 while Holycross Ballycahill had 5 points to spare over JK Brackens Og by a score of 0-12 to 1-4. Meanwhile in the B competition Moyne Templetuohy / Thurles Gaels defeated Loughmore Castleiney by 2-15 to 3-10. The other game between Thurles Sarsfields B and Gortnahoe Glengoole was called off due Outside field been unplayable.

Mid Minor A & B Football Championship

The minor A & B football championships begin this Wednesday night with games in both the A & B grades. See fixtures for details.

FITZGIBBON CUP ALL STARS 2015

The Fitzgibbon Cup All Stars were revealed last weekend and we congratulate the Tipperary players on their recognition in these awards especially the players from the Mid Division. On the Fitzgibbon Cup team, Tipperary were represented by Paul Maher (Moyne-Templetuohy) in goal, the complete half back line consisting of Ronan Maher (Thurles Sarsfields) at right half back, Barry Heffernan (Nenagh Éire Óg) centre back and at left half back John Meagher (Loughmore-Castleiney). Up front John McGrath (Loughmore-Castleiney) at left corner forward completes the Tipperary quintet.

FULL CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Clubs are reminded that the closing date for Full Club Membership is this Thursday March 31st and clubs that have still not registered their full members and players are requested to do so urgently.

Killea 10 Mile and 5K Road Run
The Inaugural Killea 10 Mile & 5k Road Run will take place on Sunday, April 3rd. Both races will start and finish in Killea Village (outside Templemore) and follow local routes. A large crowd is expected and supporters travelling to the National League Quarter Final in Ennis are advised that there will be traffic delays on the Templemore-Dunkerrin Road between 12 noon and 2pm to accommodate the run. Patrons are encouraged to use an alternative route via Borrisoleigh or Roscrea. The race organisers apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your co-operation.
