Centenary Agri Mid Senior Hurling Championship
Last weekend seen the Preliminary Round of the Centenary Agri Mid Senior Hurling championship played with Drom Inch emerging victorious over Moyne Templetuohy in Templemore by a score of 3-28 to 1-18. This now sets up a mouth watering quarter final tie with neighbours and rivals Thurles Sarsfields. The other quarter final which was down for decision last weekend between Loughmore Castleiney and Upperchurch Drombane was postponed due to the death of Tess McGrath of Lisheenataggart, Loughmore. The Mid board would like to express their deepest sympathy to the McGrath family, their relatives and friends. The remaining 3 quarter finals will be played on the weekend of 25/26th June.

Inter county Action:
Well done to Liam Dwan of Holycross Ballycahill who lined out at full forward for Louth in the Lory Meagher Cup final win over Sligo. Liam contributed 1-4 with 1-2 coming from placed balls.
