Dylan plays for the Cashel King Cormacs club. Dylan played for the Tipperary Minor Hurlers in 2012, winning Munster and All-Ireland honours before graduating to the Tipperary Under 21 Hurling panel in 2014 and 2015.
Dylan played for the Tipperary Minor Footballers in 2011 and 2012, winning Munster and All-Ireland medals in 2011 and captaining Tipperary to the 2012 Munster Minor Football title. Dylan was part of the Tipperary Under 21 Football panel in 2013.
