The first round draws for the FBD Insurance County Hurling and Football leagues 2024 have been made.
In the Hurling League, Division 2-Group 1 has 7 teams. This will make a seven round league which goes outside the time frame for the duration of the league. To compensate for this, Round 3 will go ahead on football weekend, the 7th of April. Round 5 will go ahead weekend of the 5th of May. This will mean that the group will be completed at the same time as all other groups and divisions.
In the Football League, Division 1-Group 1 has 4 teams. The games in this group will be played on alternative weeks as per the other football groups and divisions. These will commence on the weekend of the 24th of March. Round 2 on the 21st of April and Round 3 on the 19th of May. This will mean that the group will be complete at the same time as all other groups and divisions.
