West U21 Hurling Championship:
The O’Dwyer Steel West U21A Hurling championship continued last weekend. Cappawhite/Treacys made it two wins from two when they defeated Cashel King Cormacs in Golden on Sunday last. The win guarantees Cappawhite/Treacys at least a spot in the semi-final while victory in their remaining game against Clonoulty/Rossmore will ensure them a place in the final. Match Report

The top team in the group will qualify for the final with the second and third teams in the group playing in the semi-final of the competition.

The Ollies Bar West U21B Hurling championship continued last weekend.
In Group 1 in Bansha last Sunday November 1st Lattin/Cullen Gaels made a winning start to this year’s competition when they defeated Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams. The result means Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams are out of this year’s competition. Lattin/Cullen Gaels and Golden/Kilfeacle are through to the semis finals.

In Group 2 Rockwell/Rosegreen received a walkover from Galtee/Emly. Rockwell/Rosegreen and Eire Og Annacarty are both on two points with the latter having played a game less. Galtee/Emly prop up the table on zero points with a game to play.

County Junior B Hurling Championship:
Congratulations to Eire Og Annacarty Donohill who qualified for the final of the Clean Ireland Recycling County Junior B Hurling championship defeating Mullinahone by just a single point in their semi-final in Littleton on Saturday last. They will now play Newport in the County final on Saturday November 14th at 2pm in Drombane. This will be Eire Og Annacarty Donohill’s first County final appearance in the grade having been defeated at the semi-final stage in their previous two attempts.

County Minor A Hurling Championship:
In the Clean Ireland Recycling County Minor A Hurling championship the Clonoulty/Rossmore v St. Marys game fixed for New Inn last Saturday was postponed and is now re-fixed for this Saturday November 7th in New Inn with a 2pm throw in. Extra-time will be played in the event of a draw.

Munster Junior Football Championship:
Best of luck to Golden/Kilfeacle who take on Bandon of Cork in the quarter final of the Munster Club Junior Football championship this Saturday November 7th at 2pm in Leahy Park in Cashel.

AGM:
The West Board Convention will be held on Thursday 10th December in Annacarty. Nomination & Motions should be returned to the West Board secretary Michael Long no later than Monday 16th November.
