West Junior B Football Championship:
Galtee Rovers/St Pecaun are Rea Clarke Hennessy Junior B Football champions for the sixth time following a five point victory over Cashel King Cormacs in Golden on Sunday last. Beaten finalists in 2014 they have gone one better in 2015. Match Report

Galtee Rovers will now play Clonmel Commercials in the county semi-final.

West U21 Hurling Championship:
The O’Dwyer Steel West U21A Hurling championship continued last weekend. Clonoulty/Rossmore qualified for an 11th successive final following victory over Cappawhite/Treacys in Sean Treacy Park on Sunday last. Match Report

Clonoulty/Rossmore’s win puts them level on 4 points with Cappawhite/Treacys with a game to play. Clonoulty/Rossmore though go through to the final based on their head to head with Cappawhite/Treacys irrespective of the result in their last game against Arravale Rovers. Arravale Rovers defeat by Cashel King Cormacs in round 1 means even if they defeated Clonoulty/Rossmore in the final group game and go level on points with Cashel they cannot get past Cashel King Cormacs on the head to head and so the last group game will be irrelevant.

Cappawhite/Treacys will now play Cashel King Cormacs in the West semi-final this Sunday November 22nd in Dundrum at 12 noon. Extra time will be played in the event of a draw. It will be the second meeting of the sides this year. When the sides met in the group phase of the competition it was Cappawhite/Treacys who were victorious.

Cappawhite/Treacys defeated Arravale Rovers and Cashel King Cormacs and were defeated by Clonoulty/Rossmore in the group phase of the competition.

Cashel King Cormacs had an opening round victory over Arravale Rovers but had subsequent defeats to Clonoulty/Rossmore and Cappawhite/Treacys in the group phase of the competition.

The Ollies Bar West U21B Hurling championship continues next weekend. The semi-final pairings will be decided by these games.

On Sunday in Group 1 Golden/Kilfeacle take on Lattin/Cullen Gaels in Bansha with a 12 noon throw in. Both teams are already through to the semi –finals. The winner will top the group while a draw will see the teams finish level on three points in the group. Golden/Kilfeacle will then top the group by virtue of their better score difference.

Also on Sunday in Group 2 Eire Og Annacarty Donohill take on Galtee/Emly in Sean Treacy Park with a 2.30pm throw in. Like in group 1 both teams are already through to the semi-finals. The winner of this game will top the group while a draw will see the teams finish level on three points. Eire Og Annacarty Donohill will then top the group by virtue of their better score difference.

The top team in Group 1 will take on second team in Group 2 and vice versa in the semi-finals.

County Junior B Hurling Championship:
Congratulations to Eire Og Annacarty Donohill who defeated Newport in the Clean Ireland Recycling County Junior B Hurling final on Sunday last in Lattin. Originally the game was fixed for Saturday in Drombane but weather conditions meant a postponement of 24 hours and a change of venue.

Eire Og’s season started on 28th April with a West Junior Hurling League game against Emly and culminated in them becoming County Junior B Hurling champions on 15th November.

Eire Og Annacarty Donohill will now play in the Munster Junior B Hurling semi-final against the Winners of Dunhill V’s Monaleen on Sunday 6th December @ 2pm in Killeedy GAA Club. Dunhill and Monaleen meet in Killeedy this Sunday November 22nd at 2pm.

County Minor B Hurling Championship:
Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams will have to wait a little longer to know their final opponents in the Clean Ireland Recycling County Minor B Hurling as the semi-final between Moneygall/Clonakenny and Loughmore/Castleiney was postponed due to bad weather. This game is now re-fixed for Templemore this Saturday November 22nd with a 2pm throw in. Extra-time will be played in the event of a draw.
