West Junior B Hurling Championship:
In the Tipperary Co-Op Super Valu West Junior B Hurling Championship the Group 2 game between Arravale Rovers and Golden/K has been re-fixed for Golden this Tuesday night July 21st with a 7.30pm throw in. Both sides have two points from two games so a win is vital to both sides to keep in touch with group leaders Sean Treacys (6pts from four games) and Solohead (6 pts from three games).

On Friday night in Clonoulty Sean Treacys will meet Golden/K with a 7.15pm throw in.
Sean Treacys (6pts from four games) and Solohead (6 pts from three games) currently top the group. A win for Sean Treacys will put them on eight points from five games and in a strong position to qualify for the knockout stages of the competition while two wins for Golden/K would see them go joint top with Solohead and Sean Treacys with six points from four games.

In Group 1 of the competition Cashel KC will meet Clonoulty/R in Dundrum on Saturday at 7.15pm. Regardless of the result Cashel KC will top the group as they have defeated both of their nearest teams in the group (Rosegreen and Eire Og) and they meet each other in the last round.

This is Solohead’s last group game so a win is almost vital to keep their chances of making the knockout stages alive. On the other side Cappawhite must get at least a draw from the game to have any chance of making the knockout stages. Victory for Solohead will see them go joint top with Clonoulty/R on five points with a game more played. A draw will see them go level on four points with Rosegreen, the latter having a game less played.
