Tipperary had 3 games deferred due to unplayable courts and the Masters A Doubles was refixed for Dungarvan in Waterford. Martin Mc Inerney (Ballina) & Adrian Johnson (Ballyporeen) were up against Wexfords Tommy Hynes & Paul Carty. The Wexford pair won by 21/15, 21/14. The Final two games in the 60×30 Championships were played in Talbots Inch in Kilkenny.
In the DMAD Billy Mullins partnered by his brother Pakie won in style taking the final in two straight 21/17, 21/7 against John Rossiter & Sean Ryan from Carlow. In the Master B Doubles David Tobin & Eddie Farrell rounded up a great year for Tipperary winning the Final 21/4, 21/13 against Wexford’s John Roche & Damien Kelly from Wexford.
