Tipperary hosted the Singles All-Ireland Hardball finals in Senior, Intermediate & Minor. Thurles was the Venue with Kevin Timmons in charge of proceedings. Tipperary were represented in the Intermediate final by David Moloney from Cashel. David was hoping to add to his Doubles success the week before but never got to grips with Daniel Relihan from Cork who ran out 21/10 & 21/13 to take the Intermediate Hardball singles title.
The Minor Final was also a one sided affair with Shane Dunne adding to his doubles title beating Patrick Murphy from Mayo 21/15, 21/1. The Senior Final was a more exciting affair with C.J. Fitzpatrick from Broadford in Limerick putting in a masterful display against Dublins Eoin Kennedy. Kennedy won the first 21/17 but the limerick man hit back in the second with some great left handed kills to win 21/17. Fitzpatrick took the third and the senior title with an impressive 21/16 win.
