Tipperary GAA would like to formally invite you to two special events taking place this Saturday March 29th in Thurles.
ASH Programme launch
The launch of the ASH (Advanced School of Hurling) programme sponsored by Thurles Fresh Milk will take place in the Dome Semple Stadium at 11:00am on Saturday next. ASH is an enhancement of the development squad programme and full details will be explained at the launch. The development squad players in hurling and football and their parents are invited to the event.
Among the speakers at the launch include Catherine Logan (National Dairy Council) who will talk about the importance of nutrition for sports people and former Tipperary goalkeeper Brendan Cummins who will speak to the importance of having a proper lifestyle for aspiring young GAA players.
Opening of Lisheen Mines Hurling Wall
At 12 noon on Saturday March 29th the official opening of the new Lisheen Mines Hurling Wall in Dr. Morris Park Thurles will take place with the General Manager of Lisheen Mines and Tipperary hurling legend Jimmy Doyle doing the honours
