Final Receipts Posted
We have the receipts packed and on their way to all our members this week with An Post. Within the envelope we have each members;
- Receipt from last year’s draw 2019-2020, plus a section to renew with their membership card for 2020-21.
- Draw brochure (Personalised where requested)
- A detailed leaflet with additional information on the New Draw date, plus different options how members can pay, and overleaf their clubs draw co-ordinator’s phone number to make enquires.
On a regular basis we will send clubs a full list of payments received in our office by post, bank card or on-line, and these will be credited to your club account.
Club Brochure Packs.All clubs have now received their Club starter packs for the new draw 2020-2021. If you need any extra documents let us know and we will get them out to you.
Outstanding Balances in the old draw.
We appreciate that this is a very challenging and anxious time for the clubs to keep your accounts up to-date, while still collecting money that is outstanding. If you haven’t already done so we are asking you to clear the 2019-2020 account before we start our new 2020-2021 Draw. We still have an amount of money outstanding which is putting pressure on us as we also have bills to pay. We would ask you, if you could attend to this matter and get a payment to us.
If there is a change of co-ordinator in your club please notify the office immediately with the contact details.
If you have any queries, don’t hesitate to contact Lár na Pairce.
