Burgess/Duharra 3.12 Drom & Inch 1.9
Burgess/Duharra won their third championship in a row with a well deserved win against old rivals Drom & Inch. Burgess/Duharra were in control of the match from the start and went into an early lead and were never under any threat as Drom & inch struggled to contain the Burgess/Duharra forward line of Eimear McDonnell and the two Kennedy sisters Amy and Tara. Captain Caoimhe Maher received the O’Dowd Trophy from County chairperson Pat Sheridan in front of a very large crowd in the county camogie grounds.
Intermediate final
Borris-Ileigh 2.13 Drom & Inch 1.7
In a very competitive intermediate final last years defeated finalists Borris-Ileigh defeated Drom & Inch intermediate team to progress to the senior ranks next year. This was a very tough match with Borris-Ileigh only pulling away in the final few minutes.
