• All Primary Game Selectors were taken en bloc. They were proposed by Will Ryan and seconded by Eamonn Riall.

Paddy Kelly sincerely thanked Liam O’Sullivan, Michael Corcoran and Tammy Cullen for all their efforts with the Primary Game over the years.

Motions
There were two motions on the Clar, as per the AGM Booklet.

The first motion was passed, thus allowing two 5th class boys from Garryshane N.S. to play, for this year, with Annacarty in Under 13 competitions. This was because there were no 6th class boys in Garryshane, and the 2 boys would have no team to play with. Garryshane has never had an under 13 team in Allianz Cumann na mBunscol competitions but hope to be able to field on their own within 2 years.

The second motion, from Scoil Eoin Naofa, was withdrawn, but will be re-visited next year. It had said that the Roinn A1, B1, C1 etc would be played as a non-competitive one day blitz. Scoil Eoin Naofa withdrew the motion but wish to look at it again next year. A good discussion had arisen regarding this motion.

Re-Grading and Fixtures
The meeting proceeded to Re-Grading and Fixtures. The Secretary Aodan Wrenn went through each Division with the meeting, and informed the delegates who was going up and who was going down from each Division.

There were contested re-grading positions in:
• Under 11 Roinn D Hurling. Ballytarsna and Dunkerrin both sought to go down. The meeting discussed the issue. Both sides argued their case. In the end it was decided by the Chairman to have a coin toss to see who went down, as both school’s cases were similar. Dunkerrin won the coin toss. Therefore they are regarded to Roinn E.
• Under 13 Roinn E Hurling. Ballytarsna and Ayle both sought to go down to Roinn F. Both schools spoke and argued their case for re-grading. Due to the fact that both schools have the same numbers available to them and both cases were very similar it was decided by Chairman Paddy Kelly to have a coin-toss to determine who would go down. Ayle won the toss and were thus re-graded to Roinn F.

Any Other Business.
None.

Chairman Paddy Kelly then closed the meeting, wishing everyone a safe journey home.
