BEST OF LUCK TO THE TIPPERARY UNDER 21 FOOTBALLERS
Tipperary will play Tyrone in the Eirgrid All-Ireland Under 21 Football Championship Final on Saturday May 2nd at 6pm in Parnell Park Dublin. We wish all involved with the team the very best of luck for the final as Tipperary seek to win our first ever All Ireland title at this grade. Carpe diem!

MEETING OF COISTE NA MUMHAN
Coiste na Mumhan of Allianz Cumann na mBunscol met in Aras Mumhan, Limerick on Wednesday April 22nd. Joe Lyons, Cathaoirleach, presided. All counties were represented. The main item of business was to brief delegates on arrangements for the 2015 Primary Go Games which will once again be supported by Shannon Airport. Tomás o hAiniféin, Leas Cathaoirleach, praised Robert Frost and Kieran Leddy, Comhairle na Mumhan, for their commitment to the Primary Go Games.
A feature of this year’s Primary Game will be a Colours Day which will be held in each county in the run -up to the county’s first appearance in the 2015 Munster Championship. All photos to be sent to ed.donnelly@gaa.ie
The date for the launch of the 2015 Primary Go Games will be confirmed in the next few days.

We would welcome any match reports on any upcoming competition games your schools are involved in. Very few reports submitted in recent weeks. Please email them to pro.cnmb.tipperary@gaa.ie

U13 LADIES FOOTBALL SUMMER BLITZ
Tipperary LGFA will be hosting a primary school ladies football U13 blitz on June 12th in Moyle Rovers starting at 10am.
This will be a 9 a side blitz. It will be a competitive blitz. The amount of cups and competitions will be dependent on the amount of teams entered. If all interested schools could email Ed Burke (edburke1989@yahoo.co.uk) regarding their entry before May 15th it will allow him sufficient time to work out format and inform each school of their schedule for the day.

PRIMARY GAME REMAINING SELECTION DAYS
FOOTBALL
North Trial: Borrisoleigh GAA Club Wednesday 29th April 4.30pm.
South Trial: Moyle Rovers GAA pitch Thursday 30th April 4.30pm.
HURLING
West Trial: Cashel GAA Pitch Monday 27th April 4.00pm.

COUNTY HURLING FINALS
The County Finals, in Semple Stadium, will take place on Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th June. Please avoid those dates for school tours if you haven’t already booked your tours. If you have a school tour on either date, and you reach the County Final, we can work around it and put your County Final on the other day, to avoid a clash.

EQUIPMENT SCHEME EXTENDED FOR CERTAIN ITEMS
Our Treasurer Jerry McDonnell has decided that he is extending the Equipment scheme indefinitely for the following equipment only:
• Mycro helmets (NOT Marc helmets).
• Ordinary size 4 footballs.
• Ordinary size 3 and 4 leather sliothars.
• Hurleys (sizes 26, 28, 30, 32).
None of the other equipment will be available. If you want to order any of the above print off the equipment form from our website, fill it up and send it to Jerry. Cheques must accompany the form. Cheques are to be made payable to Tipperary Allianz Cumann na mBunscol. Send equipment form and cheque to: Jerry McDonnell, 25 Ballingarrane, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. We will not be holding another equipment night, so any equipment ordered from this date on will have to be collected from Jerry in Clonmel.

REGISTRATION FEE
Please forward Jerry McDonnell 25 Ballingarrane, Clonmel your €30.00 annual registration fee for 2015 if your school has not already done so. To participate in playing activities and/or the equipment scheme the € 30.00 registration must be paid. This payment covers your school for a calendar year.

REPORTER OF THE WEEK
Schools are reminded and encouraged to send news and updates of their progress in the hurling championships for the coming season. Reports can be a great writing topic for the classroom and are an opportunity for children to see their work published for a wider audience. A Reporter of the Week will be chosen and their work included in the weekly report. Please ensure all reports are a single paragraph in Verdana 10 type. All submissions should be proof-read by the teacher before submission.
