Our opening action of the year commences on this Saturday March 26th with the staging of the Inter Divisional Hurling Tournaments.The U 16 Garda Cup provides the sole action this Saturday and on Saturday week both the U14 &15 tournaments take place
All tournaments are run on a Round Robin format and all games are twenty minutes aside. Basically the team that wins most games win the tournament, but if this does not materialise there are a list of rules that will apply to determine the winner. All team managements are advised to contact their respective divisional officer boards for a full list of the rules that will apply. The decision of the organising committee on all matters relating to the tournaments is final. County Coiste Na Nog wish all divisions the best of good fortune in all the tournaments and hopefully the game of hurling will be the real winner.
The U16 Garda Cup is being held in Dr Morris Park under the following schedule

Féile na Gael
As previously publicised Tipperary along with Waterford are jointly hosting the National Féile and while is a big undertaking a huge effort is going on behind the scene. An information evening is taking place in Clonmel Park Hotel on Wednesday March 30th commencing @ 8pm. Invited are the U 14 team managers and also the Féile coordinator from each participating club.
So to each participating club please ensure your representative will be in attendance as its vital that all are fully aware of what is involved. As already mentioned it’s a big undertaking by our county and the full cooperation is required from all participants to ensure its success.
