Inter Divisional
Congrats to both our U15 and U16 Divisional Football squads and their mentors who won both inter divisional Competitions on Saturday Nov 29th, with victories over the North, Mid and West at both age groups. Both were played on a round robin basis.
The U15 was played in Thurles, while Templetuohy hosted the U16.
The U16 was all the more impressive as the side had to line out without some players, due to two divisional minor hurling semi finals being played on the same day.
Agm
The South Tipperary Bng Agm took place on Friday November 28th in the Gaa Centre Clonmel. A large crowd was present on the night, and heard a detailed account of the 2014 activities. Compliments were paid to our hard working runai Anne Fleming on her report and fine booklet.
Guests on the night were South Senior board secretary Seamus Mullins, South Senior board Chairman Joe Brennan , and County Senior Board Chairman Sean Nugent.
On my own behalf and that of the board, best wishes go to Joe and Sean who both finish their three year terms this year, in their future gaa plans, and thanks for your support towards juveniles in the division while in office.
Welcome goes to Jason Lyons of Killenaule and Maura Grogan of Cahir who have joined as committee members.
