Senior Hurling Challenge – Tipperary 3-18 Offaly 1-10

Tipperary defeated Offaly by 3-18 to 1-10 in a Senior Hurling Challenge game on Sunday January 5th at Moneygall. Tipperary led by 2-9 to 0-6 at half-time with the goals coming courtesy of Conor Kenny and David Collins. Offaly’s Mark Egan replied with an Offaly goal in the 48th minute before John O’Dwyer scored Tipperary’s third goal with five minutes remaining to seal an impressive 14 point victory.
