What a night it was for Tipperary Scór at the Munster Finals of Scór Sinsir in Ovens Co Cork on Saturday night. Oíche siamsaíochta den scoth a bhí ann agus dar ndóigh bhí caighdeán na dtaispeántas uile thar barr. Having qualified in 6 of the 7 competitions in the Munster semi finals we travelled to Cork with high hopes and it was heartening to see such a fine group of Tipperary supporters there to encourage and support all our competitors. The Deluded Lovers of Upperchurch, the Mellow Orchards of Newport, the Ceol Sí ó Tulach Seasta,the Reincarnation of the Mammy from Clonmore all resounded well with the moltóirí and raised many cheers from the audience when the results were announced. Our Rince Foirne and Rince Seit dancers were truly excellent also on the night and represented Tipperary with pride and aplomb. Bhí siad thar barr agus is dóigh go mbeidh siad san iomaíocht linn arís an bhliain seo chugainn.
