Brian McGrath

Brian was born on June 11^th, 1998 and plays for the Loughmore-Castleiney club. He is the youngest of the three McGrath brothers on the Tipperary senior hurling panel. He was a dual Tipperary minor star in 2015 reaching Munster and All-Ireland finals in both codes, with his only success being a Munster Hurling winners medal in that year.
In 2016 he captained Tipperary to All-Ireland and Munster minor hurling success from centre-back position. He won an All-Ireland Under 21 medal in 2018 at full back. At post primary level, Brian was instrumental for Our Lady’s Templemore where he won Dr. Harty Cup and All-Ireland Croke Cup medals in 2017
