Watch Centre Junior ‘B’ Hurling Championship Final 2013
Congrats to Templederry for their win over Ballina in the 32nd Junior B Hurling final at Lacken Park, Newport last Saturday gives them their fifth success in the grade. They are now one behind Toomevara.
The Roll Of Honour shows fourteen clubs have won the Watch Centre North Tipperary Junior B Hurling final. Toomevara lead the way with 6 titles. Templederry come next with 5 followed by Newport, Portroe and Burgess on 3 each. Kildangan, Nenagh Eire Og and Borrisokane have 2 each with Roscrea, Ballina, Kilruane MacDonaghs, Lorrha, Silvermines and Shannon Rovers on 1.
Borris-Ileigh, Moneygall, Knockshegowna and Ballinahinch hve yet to take home the silverware.

Walshs of Nenagh North Under -21 A Hurling
Two quarter final games were played last weekend. On Sunday, Kilruane MacDonaghs defeated Borris-Ileigh at Toomevara and Kildangan needed extra time to defeat Toomevara by two points at Borrisokane on last Saturday 2nd November
Kildangan 2-20 Toomevara 2-18
Kilruane MacD 1-13 Borris-Ileigh 0-13
Remaining quarter finals:
Burgess v Lorrha at Borrisokane on Saturday 9th November at 1.00pm
Nenagh Eire Og v Roscrea at Moneygall on Sunday 10th of November.

Walshs of Nenagh North Under -21 B Hurling
The Moneygall/Clonakenny versus Templederry quarter final fixed at Toomevara resulted in a 6-16 to 2-14 win for the former. Meanwhile the Borrisokane versus Shannon Rovers Gaels clash at Puckane will be played this weekend of 9th or 10th November. The outstanding first round game of Ballinahinch Gaels v Ballina is planned for next weekend. With that game in mind the pairings for the quarter finals are as follows. A): Winners of Ballina or Ballinahinch Gaels v Silvermines; (B): Portroe v Losers of Ballina or Ballinahinch Gaels

Mixed luck in County Championships
Shannon Rovers were well beaten by Drom Inch in the Clean Ireland Recycling County Junior A Football final at Dolla last Saturday. Final score Drom Inch 5-10 Shannon Rovers 0-5.

Congrats
Ballina are through to the Munster final of the Munster Intermediate hurling championship following their semi-final win over Saint Brendan’s at MacDonagh Park, Nenagh last Sunday. Ballina will play Youghal (Cork) or Whitegate (Clare) in the 2013 AIB Munster GAA Hurling Intermediate Club Championship Final on Sunday November 17th at 2:00pm in a neutral venue. Congrats to Loughmore Castleiney on winning the County Senior Football title last Sunday. They become the first club in the county to win the hurling football double.
