Ash Wednesday is Ireland’s National No Smoking Day (Wednesday 2nd March). Traditionally, many Irish smokers have chosen Ash Wednesday as the first day of their quitting journey.
Join the HSE Health and Wellbeing Tobacco Team as they encourage viewers to join forces on the journey to a Tobacco Free Ireland.
Learn about the next steps and innovative ways to make Ireland a tobacco free society by 2025. The ultimate goal is to have a smoking prevalence of less than 5% by 2025 and on this webinar you will meet some leading Irish physicians and policy makers who are working toward achieving this goal along with the dedicated HSE staff who guide and support the people who are on their quitting journey.
