Centenary Agri Mid Senior Hurling Championship:
We now know the the pairing for the Centenary Agri Mid Senior hurling final as Loughmore Castleiney joined Thurles Sarsfields in the final following their victory over neighbours JK Brackens by a score of 2-25 to 1-24 after extra time. This was a compelling game which remained right in the balance until the very last 5 mins of extra time. However a Noel McGrath inspired Loughmore Castleiney side had that bit more and just got over the winning line.

Roskeen Construction Junior A hurling Championship:
There were 2 games played this weekend in this competition and both of the finished all square. JK Brackens and Moyne Templetuohy finished all square 2-12 to 1-15 while on Friday night Loughmore Castleiney and Thurles Sarsfields finished 0-14 to 1-11. Loughmore Castleiney remain unbeaten after 3 games and top the group.

Thurles Cash and Carry Mid Junior B hurling Championship:
Moycarkey Borris had a goal to spare over Knock to maintain there 100% record and top the group with a 2-11 to 1-11 win.

Thurles Credit Union Mid Minor Hurling Championship:
There were wins last week in the championship for Na Sairsealaigh Og, Drom-Inch and JK Brackens over Boherlahan Dualla, Holycross Ballycahill and Moycarkey Borris respectively while in the B grade Upperchurch Drombane defeated Loughmore Castleiney to top the group.

Tipperary Minor Football:
Best of luck to all our representatives from the Mid Division on the Tipperary minor football team who play Galway in the All Ireland quarter final on this weekend in Tullamore on Monday 3rd August.
