A reminder to all applicants for our Scholarships that The closing date for applications is Saturday January 31st Ná dean dearmad ar teastas ón gclub leis an bhfoirm. Dont forget the reference letters ón gclub. Go néirí libh. It is only to the Munster Colleges that Scholarships are granted.

Tráth na gceist –Craobh an Chontae
A sincere thanks to all those teams who participated in our All County Scór na n-Óg Tráth na gCeist in Sarsfields Social Centre on Friday night. Máistir na gCeist was Donncha Floyd who presented the participants with an interesting and challenging range of questions. Seán Treacys-(Last years winners) and Newport were pipped at the post by a victorious Loughmore Castleiney team mentored by Murt Ryan. Maith sibh agus go néirí go geal libh sa Chraobh-The All Ireland Finals in City West. Not alone have Loughmore Castleiney have achieved considerable success this sporting year but they have also succeeded in this Comórtas. We wish our young participants the very best in February. Míle buíochas to all those who helped on the night. We would wish to see more involvement from clubs countywide and encourage an improved participation in 2016.

Tá Scór na bPáistí faoi lán seoil sna paróistí agus sna clubanna ar fud an chontae faoi láthair . Congratulations and Well done to all those taking part-some even taking to the stage for the first time. Best of luck with your preparations and look out for details of our Art Competition in next weeks Papers and the Tipperary Gaa Web site. The County Final will take place on Sunday March 1st in Cashel Halla na Féile.
