Tipperary Coach Education Mission Statement
The aim of the Tipperary GAA Coach Education Programme is to ensure that all players are coached by a person with an appropriate qualification. The programme, which is underpinned by Technical proficiency and games-based approach to coaching, differentiates between Child, Youth and Adult-focused coaches, and provides for qualifications specific to each stream across the organisation.
Tipperary Coach Education also wish to provide “non formal education” in the line of workshops and conferences-based learning with the intent of providing longevity and progression to our coaches’ educational needs in the premier county.
