Mark Breen Appointed Tipperary Minor Football Manager
Tipperary GAA is delighted to confirm the appointment of Mark Breen as the new Tipperary Minor Football Manager, subject to ratification at this Thursday’s County Board meeting.
A native of Portlaoise, Mark now resides in the Loughmore Castleiney parish and has extensive experience in underage football development in Tipperary.
He managed the Tipperary U16 Football Academy in 2026 and the Tipperary U15 Football Academy in 2025 having previously worked with the Mid/North U14 Football Academy and with Mid Tipperary at U13 and U14 level.
His experience in developing young players, combined with his knowledge of Tipperary football structures will be invaluable as he takes on responsibility for the county’s Minor Football team.
Tipperary GAA would also like to thank all those who expressed an interest in the position and submitted applications. The quality and calibre of the applicants reflected the strong level of commitment to the development of Tipperary football and Tipperary GAA appreciates the time and effort involved in the process.
