The adult 40×20 All-Ireland finals take place next weekend in Leinster venues. Tipperary are involved in two finals.On Saturday 23rd in Clogh Kilkenny Pal McGrath & John O Donoghue (Cashel) are up against Joe McAllister & Paddy Duffy (Antrim). On Sunday 24th. in Leixlip Kevin Dempsey & Paul Mullins (Clonmel) contest the O35B final against Michael Ginley & Paul Judge from Mayo.
In the Junior 40×20 Nationals Tipperary were well represented in the A & B competitions. In the Girls 13B Siobhán Prentice (Ballina) was in great form winning all her games to reach the final where she beat Cailíosa Ní Dhuill from Armagh 13/15, 15/1, 11/6 to take the National title.
In the Boys 13B plate final Adam Fogarty (Ballina) defeated Sam Dunning from Cork . In the Girls 17B final Eimear Meagher lost out to Laura Finn from Sligo 15/6, 15/4. In the Boys 17B final Aiden O Flaherty (Youghalarra) was beaten 15/8, 15/13.
Other Tipperary players who competed were G11- Hannah Grace, B13- Rory Grace ,James Loughnane,Conor O Dwyer, B15- John Mc Grath, B17-Jerome Cahill, B19-Mikey Maher & G19- Roisín Cahill. Well done to all who competed.
