Tipperary GAA Shop

Shop Online at http://www.tippgaashop.com

On June 3rd, 2000 the Tipperary GAA County Board opened a new GAA Merchandising Shop in Lar Na Páirce, The Mall, Thurles. Former Tipperary Senior Hurling manager Nicky English performed the official opening ceremony with a number of the Tipperary hurling team in attendance. This shop is the first such GAA shop of its kind in the country, where a county board develops a range of merchandise for its supporters and makes it available alongside other retail businesses.

The shop has a big range of Tipperary GAA Leisure wear in stock with modern casual polo shirts, fleece tops, rugby shirts and T-shirts. The replica jerseys worn by the Tipperary team are a big attraction especially with the new corporate crest, which has been registered by the County Board. An image of the crest is also featured on the new togs worn by Tipperary teams and these are also available in the shop. Supporters can purchase the blue and gold flags, caps, scarves, teddy bears, head-bands and bunting, as well as sliothars, hurleys, cuff-links, lapel pins, presentation kits and the whole range of the Guinness promotion of the All-Ireland championships.

The vast majority of items in stock are purchased from within Tipperary. Merchandise is supplied from Roscrea, Thurles, Tipperary Town and Moorehaven. Sliothars are supplied by Blackthorn in Cahir and hurleys by Tommy Hayes in Boherlahan.
